I wasn't an amber scent fan until I stepped into the lobby of the Plaza Athenee in Paris. My life changed then and there. I was so enthused when I found out the hotel shop sold these candles! I have been burning this candle for days and I can't get enough. I just ordered another one (yes, from Paris!) I know... weird. I couldn't wait to go to Diptyque in NYC later this month to get an amber alternative, impatient gal that I am. But scents are nostalgic and every time I catch a whiff, I am instantly transported to...well...a very lovely, luxe hotel in Paris, where I fell in love...with a scent!
